Doors are open 7 am to 9 pm every day, so an early class before office or a late one after works equally well.

From Kavi Nagar, the studio offers the full timetable — reformer and mat Pilates, hatha and vinyasa mat yoga, and aerial yoga. If you prefer one-to-one coaching, private sessions are available alongside the small-group classes. Parking at AVS City Palace is free and there is lift access to the studio floor.
Shastri Nagar & Nehru Nagar
For Shastri Nagar and Nehru Nagar residents, the studio is a straightforward addition to a weekday routine. Our certified trainers take you through reformer work, mat Pilates and yoga, and adapt the load if you are returning after a break. Packages start at ₹999.
Sanjay Nagar & Govindpuram
For Sanjay Nagar and Govindpuram, one studio covers Pilates and yoga — reformer, mat, hatha and vinyasa, plus aerial yoga. Prenatal and postnatal programmes are also available. The red light sauna is here for recovery after a session.
Nandgram, Lohia Nagar & Patel Nagar
If you are in Nandgram, Lohia Nagar or Patel Nagar, the studio's daily 7 am to 9 pm hours make it easy to pick a slot that fits rather than one that is left over. Classes are kept small so a trainer can correct your form throughout. Private sessions can be booked if you would rather start one-to-one.
Morta & Noor Nagar
We are on 45 Meter Road near Noor Nagar, which puts Morta and Noor Nagar on our doorstep. Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, mat yoga and aerial yoga all run out of this one studio. Free parking at AVS City Palace and lift access make arriving simple.
Vasundhara, Indirapuram & Vaishali
Vasundhara, Indirapuram and Vaishali connect to us via the Hindon Elevated Road. With classes running from 7 am to 9 pm every day, it is easy to find a regular slot that suits you. Veda Pilates is women-owned and staffed by certified trainers, with private and small-group formats both on offer.
