These terms apply to Veda Pilates, a boutique reformer Pilates studio at Khasra No 1091, 1st Floor, AVS City Palace, 45 Meter Road, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, UP 201017, and cover this website, enquiries you send through it, and classes at the studio. By using the site, submitting the booking form or attending a class, you agree to them.

You must be 18 or older to book through this website. Under-18s may train with us only with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Pilates and yoga are physical exercise and carry a risk of injury. Taking part is voluntary and at your own risk. Please consult a physician before starting, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition.

Our instructors teach movement. Nothing at the studio is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for injury arising from your failure to disclose a relevant condition, or from not following instructor guidance and equipment instructions.

Tell your instructor about injuries, surgery, pregnancy or any medical condition before class, and update us if anything changes. Bring any letter from your doctor or physiotherapist to your assessment. The Prenatal and Postpartum Program requires written medical clearance.

Classes are booked in advance and held for you. You may cancel or move a booking up to four hours before the class starts at no cost.

Cancellations inside four hours, and no-shows, are counted as a used class from your package. Please arrive ten minutes early; for your safety we cannot admit anyone more than ten minutes after a class has begun.

Packages are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred. Each package carries a validity period stated at purchase; unused classes lapse at the end of it. Medical freezes are considered on written request with supporting documentation.

Refundable: a package where no class has been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase; and any class the studio cancels and cannot reschedule.

Not refundable: a package once the first class has been used; classes lapsed at the end of a validity period; late cancellations and no-shows; and single drop-in sessions once attended.

To request a refund, email rajnagarext@vedapilates.in from the address you booked with. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable in full before the first class of a package, by UPI, card or bank transfer at the front desk. We may change prices with notice; a package already paid for is unaffected.

The Veda Pilates name, logo, photography, class descriptions and all other content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We sometimes photograph or film in the studio for our website and social media, and we do this only with the explicit consent of everyone in frame. You may decline at any time, and you may ask us to remove an image of you afterwards.

By submitting the booking form you consent to us contacting you by phone call, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, bookings and schedule changes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, telling us on a call, or emailing rajnagarext@vedapilates.in.

Lockers and shelves are provided for convenience. The studio is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Keep phones silent, wear grip socks on the equipment, and follow instructor guidance on the apparatus. We may end a session or membership where conduct risks the safety or comfort of others.

We may change the timetable, substitute an instructor, or cancel a class. Where we cancel, the class is returned to your package or rescheduled.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the studio or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You agree to indemnify the studio against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the equipment, or your failure to disclose a relevant medical condition.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the current version always sits on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the studio or site means you accept the update.
