Veda Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio at Khasra No 1091, 1st Floor, AVS City Palace, 45 Meter Road, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, UP 201017. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it.

Information you give us. Through the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, your activity level, goals, age range, the program you are interested in and how soon you want to start. If you choose to tell us about an injury, pregnancy or medical condition, we hold that health information too. At the studio we may record health details you disclose before class.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, cookies and similar technologies used by us and by third-party tags may collect device identifiers, your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and advertising identifiers used to measure and target ads.

We advertise this studio on Meta and Google, so this site carries their measurement tags.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Events such as page visits and booking form submissions may be shared with Meta Platforms so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Google. We use Google tags for Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing and analytics. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings or through aboutads.info/choices. See Google's privacy policy.

Meta and Google may combine the data collected here with other information they already hold about you, under their own privacy terms.

Cookies are small files a site stores on your device so it can remember things between page views. We use three kinds:

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the studio — website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google), and communication tools such as WhatsApp Business — each bound by their own privacy terms and only as far as they need it. We also disclose data where the law or a valid legal request requires it.

Enquiries and member records are held in the studio's booking records, accessed only by staff who need them, and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete them.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to give you access to the data we hold about you, correct or complete it, erase it, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawful before.

This website and our classes are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child's data reached us, write to us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfect, so we limit what we collect and who can see it.

We may update this policy as the studio or our tools change. Material changes will be flagged on this page and the effective date at the top will be updated.
