What it is

Inside Prenatal and Postpartum Program

Programming that changes with the stage you are at. In pregnancy we work around the growing bump, avoid positions your body no longer wants and keep the load useful rather than heavy. After birth we start with breath and pelvic floor, then rebuild strength in order.

Sessions run on both the reformer and the mat, fifty minutes, in groups of four to six so the instructor can watch every body in the room.

Who it is for

  • Expecting mothers past the first trimester with a doctor's clearance
  • New mothers cleared by their doctor to return to exercise
  • Anyone rebuilding core and pelvic-floor strength after birth
  • Beginners — no prior Pilates experience is assumed
