What members say after week four.

REFORMER

Four weeks in, the desk ache between my shoulders is gone and I catch myself sitting upright without trying.

Ananya Sharma, Veda Pilates memberAnanya SharmaMember since March · Reformer
MAT PILATES

I came in with a weak core after years of no training. By the end of week four I could hold a plank that used to break in ten seconds.

Ishita Verma, Veda Pilates memberIshita VermaMember since April · Mat Pilates

The classes are small enough that my form actually gets corrected, and my lower back has stopped complaining on long days.

Meher Kaur, Veda Pilates memberMeher KaurMember since February · Mat Yoga
AERIAL YOGA

Aerial looked intimidating from outside. A month later it is the class I sleep best after.

Sanya Gupta, Veda Pilates memberSanya GuptaMember since May · Aerial Yoga

Janki adjusted every exercise for my second trimester, so I finished each session feeling steadier rather than drained.

Riddhi Agarwal, Veda Pilates memberRiddhi AgarwalMember since January · Prenatal and Postpartum
REFORMER

Reformer four weeks in a row taught me how to use my glutes properly, and my knees thanked me on the stairs.

Tanvi Mishra, Veda Pilates memberTanvi MishraMember since March · Reformer

Ten minutes in the red light sauna after a session and the next-day soreness is barely there.

Rohan Nair, Veda Pilates memberRohan NairMember since April · Red Light Sauna
MAT PILATES

I booked one class to try it. A month on, mat Pilates is the only hour of my week I do not reschedule.

About us

About Veda Pilates, Raj Nagar Extension

Everyone begins the same way. Your first visit is an assessment rather than a workout. We look at how you stand, hinge and rotate, note any restriction, and set your spring load before you ever join a regular class.

Programs are then built around your body. Classes are capped at eight, so your instructor can hold a different spring, a different range and a different tempo for each person inside the same exercise.

Our studio is deliberately spare: 6,000 sq ft on the first floor of AVS City Palace, eight Balanced Body reformers, mats and aerial hammocks under one roof, on a sprung maple floor. Every program runs out of that room, from reformer work to aerial yoga, prenatal and postpartum training and a red light sauna, on the 45 Meter Road.
