Warm-up
Ten minutes of breathing, footwork and pelvic work on light springs to wake the deep abdominals.
Six reformers · 50 minutes · groups of six

The reformer is a sliding carriage under spring tension. The springs assist you where you are weak and resist you where you are strong, which is why most people learn faster here than on the floor.
Classes run fifty minutes on six machines. We set your spring load at the start of class and change it mid-session if your body asks for it.
