What it is

Inside Reformer Pilates

The reformer is a sliding carriage under spring tension. The springs assist you where you are weak and resist you where you are strong, which is why most people learn faster here than on the floor.

Classes run fifty minutes on six machines. We set your spring load at the start of class and change it mid-session if your body asks for it.

Who it is for

  • Beginners who want feedback from the equipment, not just the mirror
  • Desk workers carrying stiffness through the hips and mid-back
  • Anyone rebuilding strength after a break from training
  • Regulars who want load without impact

03

Wind-down

Ten minutes of spinal articulation and hip release, finishing standing so you feel the change before you leave.
