Warm-up
Seated breathing and gentle spinal movement to settle attention and warm the back.
Mats · 50 minutes · groups of eight to ten

A mat practice that borrows from hatha and vinyasa: held postures to open the hips and shoulders, linked sequences to warm the body, and breath running underneath all of it.
It sits well alongside Pilates. Where the reformer builds control under load, this class returns range to the joints and slows the nervous system down.
