Before Veda, I worked with luxury gyms and boutique studios, and the same thing decided whether people stayed: not the equipment, but whether the experience around it was looked after. Whether the class ran on time. Whether someone remembered the injury you mentioned in week one. Whether your booking simply worked.
So that is what I hold here. Reformers serviced and set before the first class. Group sizes kept small enough for real correction. Schedules that fit around work and school runs, and a membership we explain plainly: what it costs, what it includes, how to pause it. No pressure calls, no fine print.
